The International Charity Organization for Water (ICOW) is a non-profit humanitarian organization registered with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) of Sudan under Registration No. 3323ICOW is dedicated to providing sustainable access to safe drinking water by drilling water wells, constructing water stations, and developing rural water distribution networks that serve both people and livestock in underserved communities.

ICOW has successfully implemented projects across several states in Sudan, including: North Kordofan, South Kordofan, Al Jazirah, White Nile, River Nile, Northern State, Khartoum, Kassala, Al Qadarif (Gedaref), Sennar, North Darfur. In addition to its humanitarian work in Chad,ICOW continues to expand its efforts to reach communities most affected by water scarcity and humanitarian challenges.
